Comments: We actually did two breakfast events with We Cater in the Spring and could not have been more pleased! The service was perfect, and john worked with us to create the exact event we were picturing. The food was delicious and he cleaned as he went, and it was like he was never there when he left. Would highly recommend We Cater, and will definitely use them again!

Everyone raved about the food, but more than anything, I appreciate his excellent customer service. It was my vision to serve chicken and waffles, and John came through with a top notch experience. Comments: John helped me with a brunch for my daughter's 18th birthday party.  She wanted a make your own omelet station and a make your own waffle station. I had not used a caterer for something like that before so I Googled "Dallas omelet caterer" and 888wecater came up. The menu they had online looked almost perfect for our event. I emailed and asked for a few tweaks to the menu and decided to take the plunge. I have to admit I was a little nervous using a caterer I had not heard of or that wasn't recommended by a friend. Everything was fabulous! The food was great! John even met me at our event venue the week before to get the lay of the place so he knew how to set up. The morning of the event he showed up with everything he needed, set up, cooked and served the food, cleaned up and left everything just as he found it. The only small detail (to which I gave a 4 for presentation) was my event was fairly formal and I was told a tablecloth would be provided for the serving table. It was provided but it was paper. Plastic utensils were also provided but I had already arranged for silverware and china. This was minor and with all the cooking that was going on on the table, it wasn't too noticeable. Would use 888wecater again for sure and have passed the name along to a few friends that have asked about the event.

Comments: The team did an excellent job overall. John worked with us when we had many questions and even needed to make a last minute adjustment. The real was friendly. The food (bronze level with water and tea) was delicious and there was plenty for everyone. And it was almost all gone! We did provide for extra meals but if we hadn't I think everyone would have been sufficiently fed.  The set-up was pretty and the disposable serving items were nice looking. This catering company proves that a good monetary deal doesn't have to mean poor quality - this was high quality stuff!

Comments: I couldn't be happier with how my wedding turned out John was highly professional his prices very reasonable the food was great and I didn't have to worry about anything. What more can you ask for? Planning a wedding from out of state was stressful but after speaking and emailing with John, I was totally confident that everything would turn out great. On the date of the event they showed up on time, and when the wedding ended, they cleaned up and departed without disrupting anything. If you have an event scheduled I highly recomment them.

Comments: Let me start by saying that I am anal and OCD and very hard to impress. I was so pleased with John and his team. They really made our wedding special. The communication and attention to detail was more than I had hoped for. The food was absolutely delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests who said it was the best reception food they ever had. The food was seasoned to perfection and the temperature was perfect. I have never received such positive feedback from our companies employees. I still get compliments about that breakfast and many people ask who the company was. Comments: BEST CATERING SERVICE EVER!! We had enough food to feed everyone. They made sure that everyone had food and kept the food warm. They even helped with distributing cutting the cake. Comments: We used 888WeCater to cater our church's Women's Group Christmas Dinner for approximately 100 people. It was scheduled for the evening of December 5 -- the day the ice storm hit Texas!  The dinner had to be rescheduled for two weeks later. Our dinner was already being prepared when we had to cancel for that evening. John could not have been more accommodating and worked graciously with us in rescheduling. The food was very good, the service was wonderful, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I would use 888WeCater in the future and would highly recommend this caterer to others. Comments: This was my first time utilizing 888wecater.  I actually was looking on the Internet and found 888wecater.  I made an inquiry, I received an email and a phone call back within 30 minutes. I really liked the variety in the menu versus others I browsed at the time. I believe within an hour I had a preliminary menu and pricing, before they ever knew I was contemplating using the company.  They came out to the house to determine layout, gave me ideas about the flow of guests and were on time.  The whole experience was a positive one, reasonably priced and all the guests were pleased with the food.  I would definitely recommend 888wecater to my friends and others. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy myself and having a stress free evening.

Comments: Very prompt, professional and honest.  John gave us exactly what we wanted.  No hidden or extra costs and quite a few “freebies” included with our quote.  Arrived and set up on time.  The presentation was great and everyone enjoyed the food.  John and his staff helped cut and serve the wedding cake and helped clean tables after the buffet was closed.  Great service and would highly recommend them!

Comments: John personally came to the house to get an idea of how to set up - he wanted to make sure there were no glitches.  Additionally, I had wondered how John would beat out all of the competition (price wise).  It was such a comforting feeling to know that the owner actually works the event with his staff. I found them to be very flexible and quite attentive to my needs - and, again, the best price in town.   Not only did he and his staff meet our expectations, they truly exceeded them.  The New Zealand lamp chops were to die for - my guests could not  stop eating them!  Not only would I highly recommend 888 We Cater, I will use them again for our next party.

This is very important in a tough economy when many small businesses go belly up. I was able to make the required periodic deposits with a great deal of confidence. Comments: Unfortunately, I didn’t get to eat any of the food!  I will say that many people asked my husband who catered and said the food was great.  Everyone I spoke with had nothing but great things to say about the wait staff and presentation.  Omar the bartender was a big hit with everyone and actually stayed for a beer which was fine with us!  I have recommended you to anyone that has asked me for catering ideas.

Praise was very high regarding the visual display and the "taste" of the product. In addition, the quick receipt of the catering plan and invoices perfectly complimented our needs. You made things very convenient including the payment schedule and bringing the drinks to the reception. The first thing I saw when I walked into the reception area (besides people of course) was the buffet table which looked gorgeous.
